DMCA Policy for Italian Pasta Salad
Italian Pasta Salad (the "Website" or "Service") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Italian Pasta Salad website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Italian Pasta Salad website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. To file a DMCA Notice, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

- Provide your physical or electronic signature (e.g., by typing your full legal name).
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in question. To file a DMCA Counter-Notification, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., a URL to the specific content).
- Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Provide your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Italian Pasta Salad may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
- Provide your physical or electronic signature (e.g., by typing your full legal name).
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner's authorized licensee, or by the service provider, who is injured by such misrepresentation.
